CANDIDATE REPRESENTATION:  Our firm will only submit candidates for the above referenced positions who have been briefed specifically about the opportunity by us and who have not yet been represented by any other source or at their own initiative.  Our fee will apply in the event that through our search efforts a candidate is hired, who may have worked for your company in the past and/or who are personally known to executives on your staff but have not been approached by them for potential employment.  Our professional fee shall be paid in the event that your company employs the services of a candidate submitted within 18 months of the date of referral.
